Bas&iacute;lio do Nascimento &eacute; o primeiro presidente da nova Confer&ecirc;ncia Episcopal Timorense, aprovada pela Santa S&eacute; a 28 de mar&ccedil;o.<\/p>\n<p>Num comunicado que a Ag&ecirc;ncia ECCLESIA &nbsp;teve&nbsp;hoje&nbsp;acesso, pode ler-se que o n&uacute;ncio apost&oacute;lico neste pa&iacute;s asi&aacute;tico, D. Leopoldo Girelli, &ldquo;entregou aos bispos de Timor-Leste o decreto da Congrega&ccedil;&atilde;o para a Evangeliza&ccedil;&atilde;o dos Povos com o qual se declara a ere&ccedil;&atilde;o can&oacute;nica da Confer&ecirc;ncia Episcopal Timorense&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>O bispo de Baucau foi eleito presidente da Confer&ecirc;ncia Episcopal, tendo como vice-presidente o bispo de D&iacute;li, D. Alberto Ricardo da Silva e como secret&aacute;rio-geral D.
