A Regi\u00e3o Portuguesa da Sociedade S\u00e3o Paulo esteve reunida nos dias 12 e 13 de Fevereiro em Apela\u00e7\u00e3o na VIII Assembleia Regional com vista \u00e0 prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do VIII Cap\u00edtulo Geral que ir\u00e1 decorrer em Roma no m\u00eas de Abril sobre o tema \u00abSer S\u00e3o Paulo vivo hoje\u00bb. Durante estes dois dias de trabalho a Assembleia teve oportunidade de conhecer e analisar diversos assuntos relacionados com o desenvolvimento da obra apost\u00f3lica, forma\u00e7\u00e3o, pastoral vocacional e vida interno do pr\u00f3prio Instituto Mission\u00e1rio. Sob a presid\u00eancia do Superior Regional, Padre Guilherme G\u00e2ndara, a Assembleia Regional elegeu ainda como Delegado ao Cap\u00edtulo Geral o Padre Francisco Rebelo e aprovou algumas mo\u00e7\u00f5es a fazer chegar ao Cap\u00edtulo Geral com o objectivo de ajudar a perspectivar e melhorar o futuro da Congrega\u00e7\u00e3o.
