Funda\u00e7\u00e3o JMJ Lisboa 2023 e a APAV (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Apoio \u00e0 V\u00edtima) assinaram hoje um protocolo para a \u201cpreven\u00e7\u00e3o e conting\u00eancia\u201d de crimes de abuso e de viol\u00eancia no \u00e2mbito da Jornada Mundial da Juventude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com Jo\u00e3o L\u00e1zaro, presidente da APAV, o protocolo hoje celebrado tem por objetivo atuar na \u201ccapacita\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos colaboradores e volunt\u00e1rios\u201d da jornada para prevenir situa\u00e7\u00f5es de \u201ccrime ou viol\u00eancia, sexual ou corporal\u201d, e agir perante poss\u00edveis ocorr\u00eancias nos locais dos eventos da JMJ Lisboa 2023 e nas dioceses de acolhimento de participantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u00c9 claramente com muita honra e com grande sentido de responsabilidade e com muito orgulho que aceitamos este desafio e queremos estar \u00e0 altura de corresponder \u00e0 confian\u00e7a que nos \u00e9 depositada\u201d, afirmou o presidente da APAV na assinatura do protocolo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jo\u00e3o L\u00e1zaro frisou que \u00e9 a primeira vez que no planeamento de um evento como a JMJ Lisboa 2023 e na sua realiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 colocado \u201co foco nas v\u00edtimas\u201d, valorizando o facto da APAV ser \u201cum parceiro estrat\u00e9gico na forma\u00e7\u00e3o, planeamento e na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os\u201d por ocasi\u00e3o da Jornada Mundial da Juventude.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery Am\u00e9rico Aguiar, \u00a0coordenador-geral da Jornada Mundial da Juventude que vai decorrer em Lisboa, entre os dias 1 e 6 de agosto, o protocolo celebrado com a APAV tem o objetivo de implementar \u201cas melhoras pr\u00e1ticas poss\u00edveis\u201d para prevenir situa\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas de abuso e de viol\u00eancia e para garantir que \u201cas v\u00edtimas nunca sejam esquecidas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSe alguma coisa correr menos bem, temos a garantia de que, por parte das equipas da APAV, tudo ser\u00e1 feito para ouvir, para acompanhar\u201d, afirmou o bispo auxiliar de Lisboa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com D. Am\u00e9rico Aguiar, as equipas de colaboradores e volunt\u00e1rios da JMJ Lisboa 2023 v\u00e3o ter \u201cforma\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica\u201d na \u00e1rea da preven\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio \u00e0 v\u00edtima, sublinhando o \u201crefor\u00e7o na preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d pela problem\u00e1tica de abuso de menores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;N\u00e3o \u00e9 favor nenhum que estamos a fazer, \u00e9 nossa obriga\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d afirmou o presidente da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o JMJ Lisboa 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em declara\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social, \u00e0 margem da assinatura do protocolo, D. Am\u00e9rico Aguiar afirmou que a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da \u201ctoler\u00e2ncia zero e transpar\u00eancia total\u201d em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos casos de abuso sexual na Igreja Cat\u00f3lica tem de ser efetiva, tamb\u00e9m a partir das resolu\u00e7\u00f5es tomadas esta sexta-feira na Assembleia Extraordin\u00e1ria da Confer\u00eancia Episcopal Portuguesa, criando \u201ccondi\u00e7\u00f5es de conforto, seguran\u00e7a e confian\u00e7a\u201d para que os poss\u00edveis casos sejam denunciados.<\/p>\n<p>Esta sexta-feira, a Confer\u00eancia Episcopal Portuguesa realiza uma Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria para analisar o relat\u00f3rio da\u00a0Comiss\u00e3o Independente para o Estudo dos Abusos Sexuais de Crian\u00e7as na Igreja Cat\u00f3lica em Portugal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A execu\u00e7\u00e3o do protocolo da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o JMJ LIbsoa 2023 com a APAV vai ter um custo de 100 mil euros e \u00e9 apoiado pelo Cabido da S\u00e9 de
