N\u00e3o \u00e9 solu\u00e7\u00e3o a fuga\u201d, refere uma nota enviada \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia ECCLESIA.<\/p>\n<p>O comunicado acrescenta que a Igreja Cat\u00f3lica na regi\u00e3o \u201cest\u00e1 em solidariedade com todas as v\u00edtimas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2018, Diocese do Funchal decidiu afastar Anast\u00e1cio Alves da a\u00e7\u00e3o pastoral, ent\u00e3o a exercer o seu minist\u00e9rio em Fran\u00e7a, alvo de den\u00fancias de abusos sexuais de menores.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 em junho de 2021, foi anunciado que o Papa aceitou o pedido de dispensa das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es inerentes \u00e0 ordena\u00e7\u00e3o sacerdotal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00e3o sendo poss\u00edvel contact\u00e1-lo, a Diocese do Funchal foi instru\u00edda pela Congrega\u00e7\u00e3o da Doutrina da F\u00e9 para que esta decis\u00e3o fosse tornada p\u00fablica\u201d, acrescentava a nota.<\/p>\n<p>Anast\u00e1cio Alves, acusado de abuso sexual de menores, tentou entregar-se hoje \u00e0 Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR), mas n\u00e3o foi recebido, informa o \u2018Observador\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>A Diocese do Funchal real\u00e7a, na nota enviada \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia ECCLESIA, ter tido conhecimento desta situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cpelos meios de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Acusado de abuso de menores, Anast\u00e1cio Alves estava desaparecido desde 2018, tendo sido acusado \u00e0 revelia
