O Cardeal Pedro Rubiano, Arcebispo de Bogot\u00e1, apresentou ontem o plano global do Conselho Episcopal Latino-americano (CELAM) para o per\u00edodo de 2003-2007, que compreende as celebra\u00e7\u00f5es pelos 50 anos do organismo e os 25 anos da Confer\u00eancia Geral do Episcopado em Puebla. Na confer\u00eancia de imprensa o Cardeal Rubiano –presidente do Comit\u00e9 Econ\u00f3mico do CELAM- apresentou os crit\u00e9rios e a programa\u00e7\u00e3o do CELAM que foram aprovados na XXIX Assembleia Ordin\u00e1ria, celebrada em Tuparend\u00e1, Paraguai em Maio de 2003. O Plano Global intitula-se “Para uma Igreja casa e escola de comunh\u00e3o e de solidariedade nm mundo globalizado” e, segundo explica o organismo, inspira-se na Carta Apost\u00f3lica “Novo Millennio Ineunte” do Papa Jo\u00e3o Paulo II. “O Plano tem um forte acento cristol\u00f3gico e eclesiol\u00f3gico”, “inclui um olhar de f\u00e9, tamb\u00e9m, humanizadora” e aponta “a urg\u00eancia de mostrar Deus na vida concreta, pois o testemunho \u00e9 a for\u00e7a do evangelizador, condi\u00e7\u00e3o indispens\u00e1vel para a incultura\u00e7\u00e3o do Evangelho”, aponta o CELAM.
