Albino Mamede Cleto, Bispo de Coimbra. O Santu\u00e1rio do Senhor Bom Jesus \u00e9 de grande tradi\u00e7\u00e3o espiritual na Ilha do Pico, reunindo fi\u00e9is, n\u00e3o apenas da Ilha do Pico, mas de todas as Ilhas dos A\u00e7ores. Terra de mission\u00e1rios, da Ilha do Pico sa\u00edram ilustres filhos da Igreja para a ac\u00e7\u00e3o do evangeliza\u00e7\u00e3o em terras do oriente durante todo o s\u00e9culo XX. O Pe Jos\u00e9 Carlos de Simpl\u00edcio \u00e9 actualmente o Reitor daquele Santu\u00e1rio Diocesano.
