Manuel Clemente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citando que \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a cruz era inevit\u00e1vel porque inevit\u00e1vel somos n\u00f3s\u201d, D. Manuel Clemente assumiu a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cdificuldade de dizer alguma coisa al\u00e9m do sil\u00eancio meditativo\u201d nesta sexta-feira Santa e apontou que a \u201cCruz eleva-se sempre na transcend\u00eancia divina\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAcontece agora, quando entre tantos trabalhos e canseiras, entre tantos planos e percal\u00e7os, a lembran\u00e7a da Cruz nos reanima e alenta. Acontece agora, acontece sempre. S\u00f3 isto explica porque \u00e9 que um sinal de morte, e morte tremenda, acabou por se impor: imp\u00f4s-se por si s\u00f3, e contra toda a expetativa humana, percorrendo os s\u00e9culos e esperando-nos no futuro\u201d, afirmou.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O cardeal-patriarca de Lisboa, perante uma S\u00e9 vazia devido \u00e0 pandemia Covid-19, pediu a presen\u00e7a orante junto \u00e0 Cruz.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA verdade do que ouvimos e contemplamos requer sempre, requer hoje, a nossa presen\u00e7a junto da Cruz: da Cruz que se ergue neste mundo assolado por t\u00e3o grave epidemia, presen\u00e7a orante e solid\u00e1ria: orante, pois com Cristo olhamos o Pai: solid\u00e1ria, pois com Cristo olhamos a todos.
