Para que se possa dizer \u201c\u00e9 preciso mudar, mas assim tenho a certeza que n\u00e3o!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Proponho que comece a leitura deste texto procurando responder \u00e0 seguinte pergunta: como encaro a diversidade cultural? Procure ir al\u00e9m do \u201cpoliticamente correto\u201d ou da resposta que acharia que deveria dar\u2026 Aceito ou valorizo? Acolho ou hierarquizo? Sinto mais alegria ou receio? Sinto-me seguro ou perdido? E quando essa diversidade me confronta e p\u00f5e em causa? Como reajo? Como defino fronteiras? Para os outros, para mim\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Come\u00e7o com esta pequena provoca\u00e7\u00e3o porque, nos \u00faltimos anos, esta pergunta \u2013 como encaro a diversidade cultural? \u2013 tem emergido como a pedra de toque das a\u00e7\u00f5es sobre diversidade e di\u00e1logo intercultural que dinamizo. Tenho-a proposto como ponto de reflex\u00e3o essencial n\u00e3o s\u00f3 a n\u00edvel pessoal, mas tamb\u00e9m grupal e at\u00e9 institucional.
